OFFER PERIOD: Offer begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 6, 2026, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”). See OFFER section for schedule of release of timeslots.
ELIGIBILITY: Offer open only to legal U.S. residents of Pennsylvania residing within one of the following zip codes (…), who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate and receive an Offer.
OFFER: The Offer will be issued as an appointment at Luxe Nails at 337 W. Girard Ave., Philadelphia, PA on April 9, 2026 between 4:00 PM ET and 8:00 PM ET for a free pedicure. Location of nail salon subject to change, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. ARV of each Offer: $30. There are 35 Offers available. Between two (2) and six (6) timeslots will be released at 10:00:00 AM ET each day throughout the Offer Period. Once all 35 Offers are exhausted, or at 11:59:59 PM ET 4/6/26 (whichever comes first) no more Offers can be issued.
HOW TO RECEIVE AN OFFER: Go to HardDewManiPedi.com (the “Website”), click on the “Philadelphia Man-i Pedis” button and follow the on-screen instructions (a “Submittal”). You will be required to provide your name, mailing address, email address and phone number, as well as select an available timeslot. If there are no available timeslots listed when you are completing your Submittal, all Offers for that day have been exhausted. Additional Offers will be released at 10:00:00 AM ET the following day.
Offer Verification: Submittal must be verified before confirmation that you will receive an Offer. Once you complete your Submittal, you will receive an email at the email address you provided within 48 hours confirming your Offer. You may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release prior to attending your appointment. You will also be required to provide a valid ID upon entry to the event.
Limit of one (1) Offer per person/email address/household.
Offer Submittals that appear to duplicate any other Submittals, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first Submittal (based on time/date) will be considered for the Offer. Limit of one (1) Submittal per person. If multiple Submittals are suspected to be entered by the same person, using multiple email addresses, all Submittals from that person/IP address will be void. Submittals generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, participant will be deemed the individual named on the email account provided with the Submittal, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, submittal will be void. Your Submittal constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in offer and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, email address, and other information for the purpose of offer administration.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Submittal information or late, lost, misplaced, filtered, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete or misdirected Submittals or Submittals received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the submittal process; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors, which may occur in the Offer or administration of the Offer or the processing of Submittals; (f) any injury or damage to property, including but not limited to participant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Offer, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from any Promotion Party’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by a Promotion Party or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Promotion Party’s websites by a hypertext link; or (g) any and all injuries, damages, or other harm, including but not limited to death and dismemberment arising out of or in connection with the services provided by any nail salon.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Offer, participants agree (a) to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Offer; (b) to hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office in Boston, MA; and the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting an Offer, recipients agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, or any injuries, damages or incidents arising from any nail salon service and/or alcohol consumption, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Offer.
GENERAL: All information submitted online by participant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.hardmountaindew.com/privacy-policy. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Offer using a wireless device, participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on wireless capabilities and any applicable charges. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer.

Save your receipt from your pedicure appointment during the Offer Period to participate. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE VENMO ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN OFFER. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate and receive an Offer.
OFFER: The Offer will be issued as a $50 Venmo electronic payment. An active Venmo account is required to receive an Offer. Opening a Venmo account is free. If you do not already have an account, see Venmo.com or the Venmo mobile app to register for a free account. There are 150 Offers available. Between nine (9) and 15 (15) Offers will be released at 10:00:00 AM ET each day throughout the Offer Period. Once the 150 Offers are exhausted, or at 11:59:59 PM ET 4/9/26 (whichever comes first) no more Offers can be issued.
HOW TO RECEIVE AN OFFER:
1) Save your receipt ($25 minimum) from a pedicure appointment you had during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Receipt”). Write your initials on the Qualifying Receipt and take a digital picture of the entire Qualifying Receipt. Ensure that the date and receipt total are visible on the receipt in order for it to be validated.
2) Go to HardDewManiPedi.com (the “Website”), click on the “Man-i-Pedi Reimbursement” button and follow the on-screen instructions (a “Submittal”). This will require entering your name, address, email associated with your Venmo account and uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase receipt. If the available Offers for the day have been exhausted, this will be noted on the site. Additional Offers will be released at 10:00:00 AM ET the following day.
3) Submittal must be verified before receiving an Offer. Once your Submittal is verified as being eligible, based on these Terms & Conditions, you will receive the Offer ($50 electronic Venmo payment) within 5-7 days.
